RJ2 & Associates targets the skilled and executive level classifications where the employees are strategic to business operations. Many of our assignments are on a retain contract where we lead an extensive search for qualified candidates on a full time basis. We also selectively pursue contingent agreements for companies where our significant contacts and resources can bring customers a high level of success. As in our other businesses, our capabilities are extensive in the highly skilled disciplines of information technology, engineering, telecommunications and scientific classifications. We will however, pursue opportunities in technical sales, marketing, business management and accounting/finance.
